Additional Capacity
The majority of Merit’s primary machining is done on Swiss machines. However, for larger parts we also have Fixed Headstock CNC machines.
Like the Swiss machines, they produce complex, precision parts of exceptionally high quality. Additionally, they are capable of handling the same wide array of materials used with our other machines.
The key benefit of the Fixed Headstock machines is their capacity to manufacture parts with diameters up to 60mm.
